Was making my rounds to some of the Texas spawns and found out that they are wrong. Sugar Land Memorial Park and Brazos River Corridor, 15300 University Boulevard, Sugar Land, TX 77479 is listed as an electabuzz spawn but is now a Jynx A few others are messed up as well.
This is due to the fact that Pokemon Go updated nests worldwide. There is a note when you first go to the wiki that states this change. And as of right now PokeVision has been shut down and PokeRadar simply is not reliable enough to check spawns with the recent PoGo update last night. So now in order to find nests/habitats we will actually need to go and search for said areas. And with the tracker also being broken it is only making it ten times harder . I can update the names on the wiki though to change them from Electrobuzz to Jynx. As for the others, we could change them to the pokemon that replaced them but without a scanner or physically going to that location they would be unconfirmed or inaccurate.
Yeah, what iTzCrutchie said... We are checking and modifying them though. It's quite a slow process. It would be the best if someone near the nest can tell us if it's there or not.
I know they posted a message regarding this and many of the nests listed have been altered already. All the Texas nests have been changed but did not need to be as some did not get changed in the update. Thank you for your post in respounce.
No problem I have the majority of the day tomorrow to update the wiki. I was out in Dallas today checking out a few parks and nests to confirm changes. If you know any that need updated let me know. I'm going to try to fix the Texas nests and make them as accurate as possible but will need help with actually confirming the locations =]
I understand. I am busy today but will do my best to try and check any nests as I am in my vacation travels. Without any way to scan as youi said, makes this hard on everyone. Some of us are still looking for certian pokemon and now are having a hard time finding them with this latest update. Much to my surprise, many people are getting refunds and deleting the game seeing this update and the removal of pokevision as a huge let down.
As I am in California with friends, we have been chacking some of the nests here. All of the Dratini nests listed on the site for California are not Dratini nests at all. Seal Beach Napels spawns everything but averages 2 Dratini in an hour (not much of a nest). Pier 15 to 39, you get 2 Dratini that spawn between them on average. Again not a nest.
