Squirtle Nest - Fort Mason Center for Arts and Culture Spawns very frequently, sometimes 3 at a time. easy to find with new tracking system showing which PokeStop to go to.
Yeah I can confirm this! This is exactly where I farmed for my blastoise aha. Some dratini would spawn around here as well but I got surprised when a high cp Dragonair spawned! [37.7989° N, 122.4495° W] (Landmark Building A, Fort Mason Center, 2 Marina Blvd, San Francisco, CA 94123)
I actually had two dragonair spawn as well, one with 900+CP. A Muk also spawned for me as well. This is a really good spot in general, much like the Santa Monica Pier.
