Debunked Eevee Nest Locations in Southern California:
    -Brea Sports Park
    -Henry Boisseranc Park
    -Acacia Park
    Confirmed date: 10/04/2017

I took a day to visit all three parks, assuming that "Nest" refers to constant Eevee spawns 24/7, I found no sign of Eevees anywhere in all three locations as I went from PokeStop to PokeStop within the general areas.

I plan on making another trip to Heritage Park and San Marco Park in Irvine California soon to confirm their status.
    [[ EDIT:
Heritage Park in Irvine California is confirmed to now be an Eevee Habitat. I caught one Eevee at its entrance, but nothing more after staying and exploring for a while.

San Marco Park, also in Irvine, is confirmed to no longer have any Eevee Nest in its vicinity. I walked through out the premises for about 30 minutes, but could not locate any Eevees. Whether or not that means it has turned into a Habitat, like Heritage Park, or not is yet to be determine.
