I noticed that winter has been cooler than normal here in Texas BUT up north, it is so much warmer! I have a friend who moved to NYC a few years ago and she was telling me how it was going to be in the 50's and 60's for the next week! It may even hit 70 degrees! They are usually buried in snow around this time of year
Yeah we had a warmer than normal winter here. I couldn't believe how many 60 and 70 degree days we had from November till now. It is going to be 80 Saturday which is like 30 degrees above the average for this time of year.
