Holliday Park in Indianapolis has been spawning Machops for going on 3 weeks now. There seem to be two locations at the park. One is by the Nature Building and the other is over by the tree line near the playground area.
I've found a ditto in Columbus, Indiana.but have yet to find anymore. Probably because when I caught him he was disguised as another pokemon so it was a surprise to me to see that I had caught him and not the actual pokemon I was originally after. So if anyone knows of more spawns in the area that would be awesome!
