I am sure you heard the story. The doctor refused to give up his seat so they basically assaulted the man and dragged him off the plane on his back. I can't stomach people doing this. I will never give them money again. I will fly with someone else. They are bullies and their airline is a joke.
They lost something like 900 million so justice was served and the man is going to sue the crap out of them. I agree, they were being bullies. The man was a doctor and to do this to someone who saves lives is disrespectful to say the least.
