Total Evolution Req is the number of Candy required to evolve a base Pokemon to the current evolutionary form.
For example, Venusaur's Total Evolution Req is 125. It takes 25 Bulbasaur Candy to evolve Bulbasaur to Ivysaur then another 100 Bulbasaur Candy to evolve Ivysaur to Venusaur.
