Collision Sizes are how big a wild Pokemon's hitbox is when you're trying to capture it. Pokemon with larger Collision Sizes are easier to be hit by Poke Balls than ones with smaller Collision Sizes.

Collision Radius - hitbox radius for the Pokemon's body?

Collision Height - hitbox height for the Pokemon's body?

Collision Head Radius - hitbox radius for the Pokemon's head?
