Lapras Event In Tsunami affected areas of Japan
I have been searching and searching for THE EXACT area in Japan where the majority of Lapras are spawning . It's taken a while but I have it and had to share with you all.
These coordinates are for the general area. There's over 10 at a time in the various areas within all the stops you'll see.
This is COMFIRMED and the even ends around the 22 or 23rd I believe.
