Changes

You can increase the Prestige of your own Gym or a Gym owned by your [[Team]] by adding a Pokemon to it or through [[Training]]. Training is when you use 1 of your own Pokemon to battle against the Pokemon in the Gym. Once the Gym has gained enough Prestige and levels up, you can add 1 of the Pokemon to its defense. The Gym will also gain Prestige when it fends off enemy attackers.

You can decrease the Prestige of Gyms owned by enemy [[Teams]] by defeating the Pokemon defending the Gym. You'll be able to take over the Gym by reducing its Prestige to 0.
