I can't figure out the editing format here to put these in, so someone else is welcome to do so: Habitats: Dratini (as well as Magikarp in pidgey-level abundance that hasn't changed with nest changes) - Washington Park, Confirmed by me if that counts, 9/19/2016 and the preceding 2 months, Jefferson City, 711 Kansas St Note that this habitat follows the greenway trail from Ohio St. to Southwest Blvd, but the Kansas St address is the best place to park. Walking the trail, I run into 2 on average per 3 hour trip, where others in better shape find more.
Trainer Spots: Missouri Capitol - North Fountain, Confirmed by me again, first on 7/8/2016 and most recently 9/19/2016, 4 stops (with roughly 40 in sight including a linear cluster on high street good for stocking up), 0 gyms (though 4 within sight, 1 just on the other side of the capitol), pokemon spawned vary widely (all 4 starters, mid-evolutions of main 3 starters, vulpix, growlithe, oddish, bellsprout, koffing, rhydon, gastly, taurus, and lickitung) but outside of the lures they are relatively few ("sightings" will show pokemon from: 2 spawnspots on the south lawn, 1 on the west capitol steps, 2 in the parking garage to the west, 1 by the creek past the garage - which will be where any Dratini/magikarp/psyduck/slowpoke appear and these do not seem to influence the lures like the rest do, 1 near the guard shack to the east, 1 near the gym on the south side of the capitol, 2 near the church/school to the west, 5 on the south lawn clustered around the pokestops. Sightings of starters tend to be in the garage or by the church/school, koffing/gastly tend to be by the west stairs, rhydon tends to be in the north lawn, the rest have spawned across the spots. Yes, I am there too often...), Jefferson City, 201 Capitol Ave. Note that this trainer spot is declining in frequency of use. It used to be constantly lured, now it's common to see it go without lures until evening. Capitol police are aware of the game and friendly to players at the trainer spot.
