I don't know if anyone from ST. George checks these forums, but I was frustrated by the lack of info online to help me. So i decided to make it myself. This is what I have after days of searching & confirming sightings.

Feel free to add, detract, or just yell things lol. Good hunting.

Is there a typo in this address "1100 East Parkl, St. George, Utah"? What's Parkl?

I can confirm the Bulbasaur nest at Sleepy Ridge golf course in Orem, as of 8.25.16. You have to drive to a handful of spots and some can't be reached unless you're on the golf course. I caught 15 in an hour, and it would have been probably 20-25 if I had entered the actual course.

    I would like to report:
Magikarp Habitat (possibly nest) @ Willow park, Lehi Utah 40.3907161,-111.9004913 I have caught 23 in the past few days (about 3 hrs) (lots of ponyta as well but I am seeing more of those all over so it may not be specific.

Tentacool habitat @ salem ponds, Salem, utah 40.3907161,-111.9004913 I Caught 10 on Monday in a couple of hours

Seel/Ponyta habitat @ neptune park, Saratoga Springs, utah 40.370427,-111.9302231 - only 2 pokestops so there are not too many here, but my son goes to school over there, and every time I stop I catch at least 1 seel and 1 ponyta.
