You can't trick the game into hatching eggs any faster, trust me!

My friend tried to do this. You have to legitimately be walking around. Shaking your phone will do nothing. It tracks the time you have walked by distance. The incubators are there for the eggs so be sure to use them!

And for the record, a treadmill don't help either because the GPS is on. It can see you aren't moving... My friend tried it this way. LOL

Someone will find a way, I guarantee it. ;)
I walk around a lot anyway so I don't mind.

LOL That gif sums this up. Actually I read someone on reddit taped his phone to a fan and it worked. I am not sure if this is true or not, not keen on having my phone slide off a fan and smash into a wall lol

Yeah it goes by distance and speed. So if you are going any faster than like 20 mph, maybe even slightly less.. It will stop. So you can't do it in a car either. Not since a few updates ago.

One way I can think of: Tape it to a roomba and leave the screen turned on. Another way is to get one of those fancy drone set ups that allows your GPS location to be tied to that instead of you. So in short, robots.

You can do it in your car as long as you stay below 20mph. I do it all the time! I leave it running in my bag while i drive. there are a lot of country roads near me so you cant go above 20mph really. hatched most of my eggs this way :)
