Im not sure how to add one but I Found a MR Mime nest in Fenton Park - Stoke- UK 53.003267, -2.158598 Id say 5 spawned in the same spot in an hour and a half
For the dratini at Argonaut Park in Rancho Cordova. They are in areas surrounding the park. Dratini are also in the Sunridge and Kavala communities and Mather Regional Park by Anatolia and at the Eagles nest and sandpipers park in Anatolia. Please add these areas to spread out the traffic. It's very problematic right now.
