Changes

[[Lapars Lapras Event in Japan]] is an [[event]] held from November 11 to November 23, 2016 on the coasts of the Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima prefectures, which are part of what is called the Tohoku area. [[Lapras]] spawn rate were increased dramatically to increase tourism to these prefectures because their coasts were ravaged by the 2011 Tōhoku earthquake and tsunami.
