[[Power Per Second]] is [[Power]] / [[Duration]] (in seconds). Because Duration is often written in milliseconds (ms), we have to perform Power / (Duration / 1000) to obtain Power Per Second. Power is how strong the [[Move]] is while Duration is the Move's animation / speed. Power Per Second is used to calculate [[Damage Per Second]] / [[DPS]].
