If you want your Eevee to evolve into Jolteon, name it Sparky.
If you want your Eevee to evolve into Flareon, name it Pyro.
If you want your Eevee to evolve into Vaporeon, name it Rainer.
If you want your Eevee to evolve into Espeon, name it Sakura.
If you want your Eevee to evolve into Umbreon, name it Tamao.
Explanation:
Sparky, Pyro and Rainer are the 3 brothers from the original Pokemon anime. Sparky has a Jolteon, Pyro has a Flareon and Rainer has a Vaporeon.
Note that CP gain per Power Up is: Vaporeon > Flareon > Jolteon
