Damage Window
Damage Window is measured in ms or milliseconds (1/1000 second). Damage Window is the specific time period when an attack actually deals damage. Damage is spread evenly across the Damage Window. This is the time range when you want to dodge an attack. Dodging always last 500ms and your Pokemon is immune to damage during that time. All Standard Moves have Damage Window of 200ms, so a properly timed dodge allows you to avoid all the damage. If dodge is not timed well, if might only overlap part of the Damage Window and you'll take partial damage. Damage Window of Special Moves vary in length, some are even longer than 500ms, making it impossible to completely dodge.
Each Move has both Damage Window Start and Damage Window End. Duration is the entire length of the Attack.
